| 摘 要： | 采用经皮球囊导管二尖瓣扩张术（PBMC）治疗风湿性心脏病二尖辩狭窄5例，成功4例，失败1例。随防4年疗效好。提出右房高定位法简易、实用；二维超声心动仪指导房间隔穿刺及球囊导管进入左室有极大的实用价值。认为：PBMC是一种疗效高、安全、创伤及痛苦小、康复快的非外科手术疗法。

| Abstract: | Percutaneous balloom mitral valvuloplasty (PBMC) was performed on 5 patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis (MS)with a result of 4 success and 1 failure. A4-year follow-up revealed satisfactory results.The method of locating the right atrium height is practical and aimple and nsing ultracardiogram to help atrial septum puncture and halloon get into left ventricle is of great value.It is suggested that PBMC was a highly effective and relatively safe nonsurgical procedure with little trauma and pain, and with rapid recovery. |
