一种改进喷墨绘图仪精度和速度的设计

摘    要:考虑到打印某些宽幅工程图纸的趋势需求,针对当前喷墨绘图仪速度不够快、精度较低的缺点,重新改进设计喷墨绘图议使其能满足需求。文章阐述了数据预处理的分页功能以及分页算法,数据解析中提高精度数值映射方法以及执行效率高的画直线、画圆算法和有效且简单的墨盒控制信息获取方法。对比测试结果表明,改进后喷墨绘图仪的绘图速度和精度明显提高,曲线更加清晰和圆滑。

Abstract:Considering the need of printing wide engineering chart, it is necessary to modify the dress printer in order to meet the demand of much more speed and precision. The pagination in data pretreatment and the pagination arithmetic, the way of mapping with better precision and the effective drawing graphics arithmetic, and the nozzle's control information are discussed, in the contrastive test , It shows the good performance in speed and precision ,and draws curve much more clear and smooth.
