死胎胎盘组织中HBVDNA表达

目的：观察死胎胎盘组织中乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）DNA表达情况，探讨通过产妇传播到死胎胎盘组织中的HBC是否存在复制。方法：采集40例乙型肝炎立妇产下的死胎，常规尸检，取胎盘组织。采用原位分子杂交法检测其中的HBV DNA，回访产妇产前静脉血HBV检测结果。结果：死胎胎盘组织中HBV DNA的检出率为73％（29／40）。产妇 前静脉血HBV呈高，低和无复制状态时，胎盘中HBV DNA的检出率分别为50．0％（2／40，65．0％（13／20）和87．5％（14／16）；高，低，无复制者之间互相比较，差异不显著（P＞0．05）。HBV DNA颗粒分布在死胎胎盘的蜕膜细胞，滋养层细胞，绒毛间质细胞，绒毛毛细血管内皮细胞质及血管腔中，少数分布在这些细胞核上。结论：死胎胎盘组织中有HBV复制；死胎胎盘组织中HBV DNA表达与产妇血清中HBV复制状态无关。

Expression of HBVDNA in placenta tissues of dead fetus

Objective To observe the expression of HBVDNA and to explore the possibility of HBV copy in the placenta tissues of the dead fetus via vertical transmission.Methods 40 cases of dead fetus collected were performed autopsy for placenta tissues and their HBVDNA was detected using in situ molecule hybridization technique.HBVM in the mother veins before delivery was reviewed.Results For the placenta tissues,there were 73% detected out with HBVDNA.When the HBVM was highlow and without replication status,they were 50.0%,65.0% and 87.5% detected out with HBVDNA in the placenta tissues respectively.For the rate of HBVDNA,it was not statistically significant for the differences among the high and low,without replication status (P>0.05).HBVDNA were mainly in the placenta cytoplasm,lumens and epithelium cytoplasm of bile capillaries,but fewness were also in the nuclei.Conclusion There are HBV replications in the placenta tissues of the dead fetus.It is not related with the HBV replication status in the pregnant woman veins for expression of HBVDNA in the placenta tissues of the dead fetus.
