| 摘 要： | 航运在世界运输业中起着举足轻重的作用.同时,人们也开始关注船舶排放温室气体在环境污染方面的负面影响.介绍国内外关于海运温室气体的有关公约和法律,关注国际上关于减少控制船舶温室气体排放方面现有的做法和发展趋势,分析船舶制造的主要技术措施和营运措施、市场方法等,对中国航运业中担当至关重要角色的成员分别提出相关建议.
