| 摘 要： | 目的提高肾后性急性肾功能衰竭的诊治效果.方法对23例肾后性急性肾功能衰竭的诊治进行回顾性总结.结果突然无尿是所有病例共同的症状,伴肾绞痛19例、恶心呕吐17例.一侧肾切除史9例,孤立肾3例,一侧肾巨大积水6例,先天性肾发育不全1例,影像学检查示上尿路结石20例,血块、输尿管开口处肿瘤和后腹膜转移性肿瘤各1例.结论B超、KUB平片、逆行尿路造影和MRU是明确诊断的主要手段,治疗方法取决于梗阻的病因、持续时间和病情严重程度,最关键的是尿液引流.

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of post renal acute renal failure. Methods:23 cases of post renal acute renal failure were reviewed. Results:Acute anuria is the commonest symptom in all cases, accompenied with renal colic in 19 cases, nausea and vomiting in 17 cases. There are 20 cases of upper urinary stones, 1 clot, 1 tumor at ureteral orifice and 1 retroperitoneal malignancy resulting in post renal obstruction on image. Conclusion:Ultrasonography,KUB, retrograde urography and MRU are extremely helpful. The treatment is dependent on the causes, the duration and the severity of obstruction. It is the most important to drain urine. |
