鸡蛋新鲜度无损检测系统的研究与设计

摘    要:针对鸡蛋新鲜度分级困难的情况,利用振动原理,设计了一款鸡蛋新鲜度无损检测的系统。该系统以ARM7-S3C44B0微处理器为核心,在开发平台上扩展传感器电路、信号调理电路和触摸屏,构建鸡蛋新鲜度动态信号测试系统。该系统实现实时数据采集分析、能直观显示被测的波形及分级结果,为下一步鸡蛋无损检测分级系统的工业应用提供了软硬件专用平台。验证了振动法进行鸡蛋新鲜度检测的可行性。
