| 摘 要： | 鼓轮式机床是组合机床或者专用机床中典型的一类机床,适用于大批量零件的加工。鼓轮是该类机床中不可缺少的重要部件。从油路的选择、分配器机构的设计、零件材料的选用等方面对一种鼓轮上的一种液压夹紧分配器机构的设计进行阐述,给出一种适用该类机床的夹紧分配器结构。

Design and Manufacture of Hydraulic Clamping Distributor for Drum |

| Abstract: | Drum machine is a typical machine in modular machine tools or special machine tools. It’ s suitable for machining large quantities of parts. Drum is an important component in this kind of machine tools. The design process for a kind of hydraulic clamping distributor for a drum was analyzed, including the choice of oil path, the structure design of clamping distributor, parts materials selec?tion etc. At last, a suitable hydraulic clamping distributor structure for the drum machine was carried out. |
