摘    要:利用TEM研究Al_2O_3短纤维增强Al-5.5Zn基复合材料的纤维/基体界面结构及形态,结果表明,该材料中存在三种形态的界面:纯净界面、含扩散过渡层界面、含少量第二相界面,过渡层厚度为25~250nm,第二相为初生Si。界面形态复杂的原因在于预制件中纤维取向及分布不均导致凝固过程中熔液各部分按不同条件凝固。

STUDY OF INTERFACE OF Al_2O_(3f)/Al-5.5Zn COMPOSITE BY TEM
Abstract:The interface microstructure of Al2O3 fiber/Al-5.5Zn composite has been studied by TEM in this paper.The results show that there are three interfacial bonding types in the composite.The type are the clear interface without any diffusion layer and chemical reaction product,the interface with diffusion layer and the interface existing a reaction product.The wide range of the diffusion layer is about 25-250nm and the reaction product is the reduced silicon,The complication of the interface bonding type results from difference of the cooling condition between differential regions in the melt because of the non-uniformity of fiber distribution and orientation in the preform.
