| Abstract: | Based on cooperative theories and analysis of characters of safety and production in coal mines, discussed the relationship and function of cooperative development between safety and production and established a basic cooperative development model. At the same time, a systemic expatiation of the basic principle, the core conception and the contents of the model was given. In the end, the guarantee measures for realization were proposed. The result of the research may have some leading meaning to ensure safety and production in coal enterprises and to achieve synchronous exaltation of production efficiency and the safety degree. |
