| 摘 要： | 在金刚石表面镀覆一层ＮｉＷＢ合金之后，用扫描电镜观察了化学镀ＮｉＷＢ金刚石和未镀金刚石在高温下的热损伤特征，结果发现化学镀ＮｉＷＢ金刚石在高温下以面损伤为主，以体损伤为辅；未镀金刚石在高温下以体损伤为主，以面损伤为辅。结合Ｘ射线衍射图谱分析了产生这种现象的原因。

| Abstract: | Diamond suffering from thermal damage at high temperature is observed through scanning electron microscope before and after diamond surface is plated with NiWB alloy by electroless plating. It shows that the diamond with a thin film of NiWB alloy suffers from plane damage and the bare diamond suffers from body damage, which is explained considering X rays diffraction. |
