咪唑乙烟酸降解菌Y发酵培养基的优化

摘    要:采用摇瓶培养法对咪唑乙烟酸降解菌株Y的发酵培养基配方进行了研究。通过单因子试验确定咪唑乙烟酸降解菌株Y的碳源、氮源及无机盐,并应用正交试验设计对发酵培养基组分进行优化。优化后确定的发酵培养基的配方为:麦麸皮2%,米糠2.5%,豆粕2%,酵母粉1%,NaCl0.8%,CaCl20.6%,FeSO40.015%,文章为大规模发酵生产奠定了基础。

Abstract:Study on the fermentation medium of imazethapyr degradation bacteria Y by shake-flask experiment. The carbon sources, nitrogen sources and inorganic salt of imazethapyr degradation bacteria Y were determined by single factor experiment. The factors of fermentation medium were optimized by orthogonal design. The optimal fermentation medium composed of 2%wheat bran, 2.5% rice bran, 2% soybean meal, 1% yeast, 0.8% NaCl, 0.6% CaCl2, and 0.015% FeSO4. The medium will lay a foundation for large scale fermentation production of imazethapyr degradation bacteria Y.
