摘    要:总结了芦笋中常用农药及欧盟、日本、美国和我国对其最大残留限量规定,并对农药残留相关检测方法在芦笋等果蔬中的应用进行综述,以期为我国芦笋中农药残留检测和控制提供参考。

Abstract:Common pesticides used in asparagus planting and the maximum residue limits(MRLs) of those in European Union,Japan,USA and China were summarized,and also the application of relevant determination methods of pesticide residues to asparagus,vegetables and fruit were reviewed.The paper is aimed at providing reference for pesticide residue determination and controlling in Chinese asparagus field.
