蕨根黄酮类化合物提取工艺研究

摘    要:探索蕨根黄酮类化合物的提取工艺。单因子试验表明,粉碎度、溶剂种类与浓度、浸提时间、温度、液料比等因素对黄酮类化合物提取的影响明显。正交试验表明,浸提溶剂浓度、浸提时间、温度、液料比4个因素中,液料比对黄酮类化合物浸出率的影响最大,其次是乙醇的浓度、浸提温度,提取时间对黄酮类化合物浸出率的影响最小。在70℃条件下,以70%(体积分数)乙醇作为提取剂,液料比为25∶1,回流浸提120min,蕨根黄酮类化合物提取量达到54.12mg/g。

Abstract:The extraction of flavonoids from fern(Pteridium aquilinum L.) root was carried out.The single-factor experiments indicated that grinding degree,extractant kinds and concentration,extracting time,extracting temperature and liquid-solid ratio had much effect on the extraction of flavonoids.The orthogonal experiments showed that the respective effects of liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration,extracting temperature and extracting time on the leaching rate of flavonoids decreased progressively among the four factors.The extraction amount of flavonoids from fern(Pteridium aquilinum L.) root came to 54.12 mg/g under the following conditions 70 % ethanol(volume fraction) as extractant,the ratio of liquid-solid 25∶1,temperature 70 ℃,and extracting time 120 min.
