| 摘 要： | 目的比较优生优育检查和不孕不育妇女的血清TORCH感染情况。方法对158例进行优生优育检查妇女和213例不孕不育妇女采用ELISA法检测血清中特异性TORCH系列IgM抗体。结果优生优育组弓形虫（TOX）、风疹病毒（RUV）、巨细胞病毒（CMV）、单纯疱疹病毒（HSV）IgM抗体阳性率分别为1.9%、3.2%、1.9%、7.5%。不孕不育组的抗体阳性率分别为2.3%、5.2%、5.2%、8.5%。结论优生优育组与不孕不育组妇女间仅有CMV-IgM感染率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。TORCH检查对优生优育有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：Compare serum TORCH infections of eugenic checking women and infertilities.Methods： Using ELISA detect serum antibody of Toxopolasma,Rubellavirus,Cytomegalovirus,Herpes simplex virus type Ⅰand typeⅡin 158 eugenic checking women and 213 infertilities.Results：The positive rate of IgM antibody of Toxopolasma,Rubellavirus,Cytomegalovirus,Herpes simplex virus in eugenic checking women was 1.9%,3.2%,1.9%,7.5% and that of infertilities was 2.3%,5.2%,5.2%,8.5%.Conclusions： There was no significant difference（P0.05） between eugenic checking women and infertilities except CMV-IgM.It is very important for eugenics to test TORCH-IgM. |
