| 摘 要： | 根据连续回转式拧盖机中拧盖头公转一周的工艺过程,分析了拧盖头的自转运动、公转运动、上下往复运动之间相互关系;并结合拧盖机的主要结构,总结了影响拧盖质量的关键因素.提出了"工艺过程决定拧盖机的传动原理,瓶盖结构决定拧盖机的结构参数"的创新设计方法.

| Abstract: | According to the turning around of the cap screwing head in continuous rotary cap screwing machine,analyze the relationship between rotation movement,revolution movement,up and down movement of cap screwing head;Combining the main structure of the machine,summarize the key factor of the quality of cap screwing.Put forward a way of innovation design which is the process of production defines the principle of the transmission,the mode of cap fixing effects the machine's structure. |
