奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效研究

目的 探讨奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 选取成都市慢性病医院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组.观察组的患者给予奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗,对照组患者给予单独的奥扎格雷钠治疗.比较两组的临床疗效及神经功能缺损评分.结果 观察组临床疗效总有效率为98.3%（60/59）,对照组临床疗效总有效率为83.3%（60/50）,两组的临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者在神经功能缺损评分上差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 奥扎格雷钠联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效显著且适合在临床上推广.

The Clinical of Ozagrel Combined Edaravone on Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treating acute cerebral infarction （ACI） patients with ozagrel combined edaravone. Methods Choosed 70 cases of ACI patients from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2013 to divide into study group and controlled group. The study group were treated with ozagrel combined edaravone, and controlled group were treated with ozagrel only. Results The total effective rate in study group was 98. 3% （60/59）, higher than 83.3% （60/50） in controlled group. There was siginificant difference of nerve function defect grades in these two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Treating acute cerebral infarction patients with ozagrel combined edaravone is effctive to extend in clinic.
