含镉废水人工湿地处理系统中基质微生物数量和酶活性研究

摘    要:构建了美人蕉-红蛋(MH)和彩叶草-风车草(CF)两种不同植物组合的复合垂直流人工湿地系统,以不种植物的垂直流人工湿地系统(CK)为对照,研究不同湿地系统基质微生物数量和酶活性及其与无机废水中镉的去除效果的相关性。结果表明,在不同的植物系统中,微生物数量和酶活性为:MHCFCK;在同一个湿地系统中为下行池大于上行池;在有植物的系统中其微生物数量和酶活性的垂直分布为0~5 cm5~15cm15~20 cm;基质中真菌、放线菌数量和蔗糖酶活性与镉去除率呈显著正相关,而细菌数量和脲酶活性与镉去除率相关性不显著。

Abstract:Two vertical-flow constructed wetlands were constructed,one with canna indica-echinodorus osiris(MH) and the other with coleus bleumei benth-cyperus alternifolius(CF).The relation between microorganism population,enzyme activity,and removal efficiency of Cd in inorganic wastewater were studied in the two vertical-flow constructed wetlands,in contrast to vertical-flow constructed wetland without plants(CK).The results showed that the microorganism population and enzyme activity were in the order of MHCFCK;the microorganism population and enzyme activity in the substrate of down-flow chambers were higher than in up-flow chambers;the vertical distribution of microorganism population and enzyme activity in the substrate was in the order of 0—5 cm5—15 cm15—20 cm in the constructed wetlands with plants;and the removal efficiency of Cd was positively correlated to the amount of fungus,actinomyces,and sucrase activity,but was not markedly correlated to bacteria and urease activity.
