摘    要:目的:探讨快速液体误减翻转恢复序列(fast fluid attendated inversion recovery,fast FLAIR序列)像在中枢神经系统疾病中的应用价值。方法:本组100例不同中枢神经系统疾病的患者同时行快速FLAIR序列像及常规T2WI检查,并对所得的图像进行对比分析。结果:80例不同中枢神经系统疾病患者中,T2WI显示189个病灶,而fastFLAIR序列像显示244个病灶。20例腔隙性脑梗塞病人中,T2WI显示108个病灶,而fastFLAIR序列像只显示57个病灶。结论:fastFLAIR序列像与常规T2WI在显示不同中枢神经系统疾病方面各具优势,针对不同的病变应选择性地运用fast FLAIR序列像。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the application value of fast FLAIR imaging in diagnosis of central nervous system diseases.Methods:The 100 cases of different diseases in central nervous system were examined at the same time with both fast FLAIR imaging and routine T 2WI imaging, and all the images were compared and analysed with different sequence.Results:The fast FLAIR image showed 244 lesions, but the T 2WI only showed 189 lesions in 80 cases.20 cases with lacuna infarction showed 108 lesions in T 2WI,and in fast FLAIR image only showed 57 lesions.Conclusion:Each of the two methods,fast FLAIR imaging and the routine T 2WI, has its own advantages in showing different lesions. So,when we select the fast FLAIR sequence,should know which disease will be better in this sequence.
