乙烯裂解气全组成气相色谱分析方法的改进

摘    要:通过增加分析流路将单通道气相色谱仪改装为双通路、双检测器气相色谱仪,采用阀切换和柱反吹技术实现了一次进样完成乙烯裂解气中永久性气体和烃类气体23个组分的完全分离,建立了外标法的定量分析方法。5次重复测定结果表明,各组分的最大相对标准偏差为3.795%,最大相对误差为-3.232%,回收率为96.8%~101.3%。

Abstract:On the basis of an one-channel chromatograph,a two-channel-two detector chromatograph was installed by adding analytic channel,the permanent gases and 23 hydrocarbon components in pyrolysis gas were completely separated through valve-switching and column-back blowing technologies after one injection,and the methods of external standard and area normalization for quantitative analysis were established.The results of 5 repeated determinations showed that the biggest relative standard deviation for all components was 3.795%,the biggest relative error-3.232%,and the recovery of standard addition 96.8%-101.3%.
