术前心理护理干预在骨科手术患儿中的应用

目的探讨术前心理护理干预在行骨科手术的患儿中的应用效果。方法对88例行骨科手术的患儿采取术前心理护理干预,包括建立干预基础、术前探视、认知干预、情绪干预、健康教育、与相同疾病患儿交友及熟悉手术相关过程。对88例患儿护理干预前后的抑郁、焦虑采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行测评。结果88例患儿护理干预后轻度SDS、HAMA评分值与护理干预前比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),88例患儿护理干预后中度、重度SDS、HAMA评分值均较护理干预前明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论对行骨科手术的患儿采取术前心理护理干预,能明显改善患儿的焦虑和抑郁,建立良好的心态,有利提高手术成功率。

Application of Preoperative Psychological Nursing Intervention in Children Undergoing Orthopedic Surgery

Objective To investigate the efficacy in children undergoing orthopedic surgery. Methods of preoperative psychological nursing intervention Eighty-eight children scheduled for orthopedic surgery received preoperative psychological nursing intervention, including the establishment of intervention foundation, preoperative visitation, cognitive intervention, emotional intervention, health education, making friends with other children with the same disease, and getting familiar with operation process. Before and after intervention, the depression and anxiety were evaluated by self-rating depr- ession scale（SDS） and Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）, respectively. Results There were no signifi- cant differences in mild SDS scores and HAMA scores before and after nursing intervention （all P〉0.05）. However, the moderate and severe SDS scores and HAMA scores after intervention were obviously lower than those before mursing intervention （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Preoperative psychological nursing intervention can alleviate the anxiety and depression and help the children build a positive attitude to improve the success rate of operation in children undergoing orthopedic surgery.
