摘    要:研究了用硅酸钠、氯化铁和氯化铝制取聚硅盐酸铁铝絮凝剂(PCFA)的制备条件及应用性能,确定了制备PCFA絮凝剂的优化条件,用PCFA絮凝剂处理造纸黑液,结果表明PCFA絮凝剂的脱色效果优于市面上其它类型的无机絮凝剂,具有用量少,沉降快的优势,是一种无毒、高效、值得推广的絮凝剂。

Abstract:A new polysilicate ferric -aluminum chloride(PCFA)was prepared by using sodium silicate,ferric chloride and aluminum chloride as ra w materials.The conditions of preparing PCFA were optimized:PCFA made under the optimum conditions was use d in the treatment of wastewater samp le of papermaking.Experimental results showed that the decolorness property of PCFA was superior to other sorts o f inorganic polymers in the marketpl ace.It has advantages of few dosage and quic k sedimentation.It was a harmless an d high effective flocculant which is worth popularizing.
