| 摘 要： | 了解Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及甲状腺功能与糖尿病中医辨证的关系。方法将４１例糖尿病患分为气阴两虚型和阴阳两虚型两组，采用间接免疫荧光法和放射免疫法分别测定Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群及甲状腺功能。结果气阴两虚型ＣＤ＾４＋，ＣＤ＾＋８及ＣＤ＾４＋８／ＣＤ＾＋无变化，Ｔ３，Ｔ３／ｒＴ３降低；阴阳两虚型ＣＤ＾＋８值升高，ＣＤ＾＋４／ＣＤ＾＋８值降低，Ｔ３，Ｔ４，ＦＴ３，ＦＴ４，Ｔ３／Ｒｔ３值降低，ｒＴ３升高。与正常对照组均有

| Abstract: | AIM To study the association of the differentiating zheng of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets and thyroidism in patients with diabetes mellitus. METHODS T lymphocyte subsets & thyrodism levels in 41 diabetic patients and 20 normal subjects were measured by & radioimmunoassay. RESULTS Low T 3 syndrome in Qiyin Liangxuzheng was higher than that in normal subjects ( P <0.05). The CD4 +/CD8 + levels in Qiyin Liangxu Zheng had not significantly changed compared with those in normal subjects ( P >0.05); low T 3 syndrome in Yinyang Liangxu Zheng was higher than that in Qiyin Liangxu Zheng and normal subjects ( P <0.05), and the CD8 + levels in Yiuyang Liang Xuzheng were higher than those in normal subject ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Measurement of the distribution of T lymphocyte subsets is helpful to the differentiation of TCM bion Zheng. |
