| 摘 要： | 档案是企业的无形资产，企业文化在档案中得以系统的集中和反映。在工作中，应正确认识企业文化建设与企业档案的关系，深入挖掘企业档案中蕴含的文化价值，实现企业文化建设与企业档案管理工作的互补、融合与促进，充分发挥档案的重要作用，传承弘扬企业精神。

| Abstract: | Archives are enterprise intangible assets in which enterprise culture is able to be focused on and re- flected in a systematic way. In practice, it is necessary to correctly understand the relationship between en- terprise cultural construction and enterprise archives and ensure their complementation, integration and pro- gress, further discover the cultural value in enterprise archives and its important function, and carry forward enterprise spirit. |
