磷酸盐耐腐蚀涂层的制备及性能研究

摘    要:压缩机等金属部件采用磷酸盐涂层保护后可有效提升材料寿命和工作效率。本文以磷铬酸盐为主要成膜物,球形铝粉为填料,制备了一种高性能的防护涂层。该涂层具有优良的抗氧化、耐湿及耐盐雾性能,可应用于航空、汽车、能源等领域金属部件的防护。

Preparation and Performance Evaluation of Anti-corrosive Phosphate Coating
Abstract:Phosphate coatings have been successfully used on steel compressor components to maximize their life and enhance compressor efficiency for past fifty years. We fabricate a phosphate coating comprising finely divided spherical aluminum metal pigments in an aqueous chromate and phosphate binder solution. The coating shows superior oxidation resistance, excellent moisture and salt-fog resistant properties based on extreme heat cycle and salt spray test results. The phosphate coating could be applied on metal surface of aviation engines, automotive components and power generation equipments to reduce corrosion and erosion.
