| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析腋下副乳腺的不同手术方法及疗效,探讨合理的治疗方法。方法:对138例腋下副乳腺患者,分别进行不同术式的手术治疗:腋前皱襞切口副乳腺切除术68例,腺体型;单纯肿胀抽吸术34例,脂肪型;肿胀抽吸配合副乳腺切除术36例,脂肪腺体型。结果:138例切口均一级愈合,术后未发生感染、出血、淋巴瘘等并发症;无皮下积液,术后乳房外上方恢复胸大肌外侧轮廓线,美容效果好。结论:对腋下不同种类副乳腺的患者,应选择合适的手术方法,以取得最佳疗效。
