艾灸肝俞、期门穴治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

目的为探讨艾灸肝俞、期门穴治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的安全性及疗效。方法将100例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组（n=50）及对照组（n=50）。治疗组给予基础保肝加用艾灸肝俞、期门穴治疗，对照组给予基础保肝治疗。全部病例连续治疗12周。结果治疗组患者治疗后食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、腹胀、乏力、肝肿大等临床症状与对照组比较明显好转（P〈0．05）；治疗组ALT（32．15±8．01）U／L，对照组（62．32±20．50）U／L，两组比较差异有统计学有意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组AST（35．28±8．82）U／L，对照组（65．36±21．20）U／L，两组比较差异有统计学有意义（P〈0．05）；TBiL复常率、HBeAg阴转率、HBV—DNA阴转率与对照组比较，差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论艾灸肝俞、期门穴治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者疗效好，且安全、无创、简单易行，无副作用，为中西医结合治疗肝病开创一条简单可行之路。

Clinical Research of Application of Moxibustion on Ganshu (BL18) and Qimen ( LR14 ) for Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of application of moxibustion on Ganshu （ BL18 ） and Qimen （ LR14 ） for Chronic Hepatitis B. Methods 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group （ n=50 ） and control group （n=50）. Basic hepatoprotective method and application of moxibustion on BL18 and LR14 were provided to patients in the treatment group, while single basic hepatoprotective method was offered to patients in the control group. All the participants were treated for consecutive twelve weeks. Results The rate of clinical improvement, normalization of ALT, AST and TbiL, HbeAg negative and HBV-DNA negative rate were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion Application of moxibustion on Ganshu （ BL18 ） and Qimen （ LR14 ） proves to be effective and safe for Chronic Hepatitis B, providing a simple but practicle way for the treatment of liver diseases with the integrative methods.
