| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微量元素硒与老年性白内障的关系。方法将实验分为实验组与对照组分别测定硒含量，观察硒对老年性白内障的影响。结果含硒量缺乏与有无老年性白内障有显著性差异（P〈0．01），但含硒量过多与有无老年性白内障并无明显差异，提示了老年性白内障与体内微量元素硒有密切的关系。结论老年性白内障的预防和治疗中应重视摄硒问题，有必要调适摄硒量。
