基于ISA总线多通道控制电路的设计

摘    要:信号分配在测试系统中至关重要,文中依据某型导弹测试设备的要求设计了一基于ISA总线的多通道控制电路。该电路集成了16路光耦隔离输入电路和8路继电器输出电路,可在ISA总线的控制下完成数据信号、指令信号和电源信号的输入输出。实际应用结果表明,该多通道控制电路的信号分配传输频率可达6.5 MHz,完全达到设计要求;该电路按国家军用标准设计定型,在测试领域具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Signal distribution is critical in the test equipment.According to the requirements of a missile test-equipment,a multi-channel control circuit based on ISA bus is designed.The circuit integrates 16 opto-isolated inputs circuit and 8 relay output circuit.Under the control of ISA bus,it can complete the data signals,command signals and power input and output signals.Practical application results show that the signal distribution transmission frequency of this multi-channel control circuit can be up to 6.5 MHz,which fully meet the design requirements.According to the national military standard,the circuit is designed and it has broad application prospects in the test field.
