芪藤止痛汤治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的研究

目的观察芪藤止痛汤联合阿奇霉素治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法将83例气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为2组:中药组42例,其中有15例患者发现解脲支原体(UU)感染,予芪藤止痛汤口服;中西药结合组41例,其中有16例患者UU感染,予芪藤止痛汤和阿奇霉素片口服。结果中药组治愈13例,有效24例,无效5例,总有效率88%,UU感染12例转阴,3例无效,有效率80%;中西药结合组治愈13例,有效23例,无效5例,总有效率88%,UU感染14例转阴,2例无效,有效率88%。结论芪藤止痛汤治疗气虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎有显著疗效。

Study of Qitengzhitong decoctions on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with Qi - deficiency and blood stasis

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Qitengzhitong decoctions combined with Azithromycin on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis.Methods 83 chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups.42 patients in which there were 15 cases infected with UU were in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group and treated with Qitengzhitong decoctions.The other 41 patients in which there were 16 cases infected with UU were in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group and treated with Qitengzhitong decoctions and Azithromycin taken orally.Results In TCM group, 13 cases were cured,24 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 88%,12 cases infected with UU were darkening,3 cases infected with UU were ineffective,the effective rate was 80%.In integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,13 cases were cured,23 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 88%,14 cases infected with UU were darkening,2 cases infected with UU were ineffective,the effective rate was 88%.Conclusion Qitengzhitong decoctions have significant curative effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis.
