线性摩擦焊机单片机控制系统研究

摘    要:作为研制高推重比发动机的重要技术,线性摩擦焊技术的研发具有非常重要的现实意义。文章对线性摩擦焊技术的基本原理与理论基础进行了研究,并且设计了一套基于单片机的线性摩擦焊控制系统,并主要介绍了该系统的硬件设计与构造。本文研制的控制系统,焊件的焊后拉伸强度能够达到母材的90%以上。希望本文的研究能够对我国的航空制造技术的发展和进步提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Abstract:As the important technology of ratio engine,the research and development of linear friction welding technology has very important practical significance.The paper studies the basic principles and theoretical basis of the linear friction welding technology research,and designs a microcontrollerbased linear friction welding control system,and introduces the design and construction of the system’s hardware.Control system developed in this paper,the tensile strength of the welding after welding can reach more than 90% of the parent material.I hope this study can provide some reference for the development and progress of China’s aviation manufacturing technology.
