加速河南国际化进程中公示语英译应用研究

在全球化语境下和国际化进程中,建设信息化、规范化、人性化和生态化的双语公示语已成为城市文化建设和文化形象塑造的重要课题。本文梳理了20世纪80年代以来国内公示语翻译研究的焦点及存在的不足,并结合实例从建设现状、翻译质量、翻译思维和翻译效度上分析了河南省双语公示语建设及公示语翻译的问题。最后,本文提出将双语公示语建设提升到战略高度,最大限度地发挥公示语翻译的传递功能、传播功能和建设功能。同时在翻译实践中践行"归化"的翻译原则,确保双语公示语的功能对等,构建具有我省特色的公示语翻译语料库,通过公示语翻译建设来推动我省的文化建设和生态文明建设。

To speed up the internationalization process of public signs translation in Henan

In the context of globalization and internationalization process,the construction of informatization,standardization,humanization and ecology bilingual public signs has become the important subject of city cultural construction and shaping the image.This paper summarizes the focus and deficiency of domestic public signs translation since nineteen eighties,and combines with examples from current situation,translation quality,translation thinking and translation validity to analyze bilingual public signs construction in Henan province and public signs translation problems.Finally,this paper put forward the construction of bilingual public signs are elevated to a strategic height,to play the transmission function,communication function and construction function of public signs translation.At the same time,to practice "domestication" translation principles in the translation practice,ensure the functional equivalence of bilingual public signs,construct public signs translation corpus with characteristics of our province,through the construction of public signs translation to promote the cultural construction and ecological civilization construction.
