慈丹胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效观察

目的:观察慈丹胶囊治疗原发性肝癌的疗效。方法:将325例肝癌患者随机分为中药组(慈丹胶囊) 125例,中药加化疗组(慈丹胶囊加化疗)100例,化疗对照组(常规化疗)100例,疗程2个月。结果:稳定及稳定以上率中药加化疗组为87．0％,中药组为72．8％,化疗对照组为57．0％。中药加化疗组患者生存质量改善明显优于中药组和化疗对照组;化疗对照组治疗后NK细胞、CD3、CD4、CD8指标明显下降,中药加化疗组NK细胞、CD8指标下降幅度小,CD3、CD4无显著变化;中药组和中药加化疗组治疗后AFP指标均明显下降,化疗对照组下降不明显。结论:慈丹胶囊加化疗的疗效优于单纯化疗。

Clinical Effect of Cidan Capsule on Patients with Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objecitive: To observe the clinical effect of Cidan Capsule on the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods:325 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups. 125 cases in group A were treated by Cidan capsule", 100 in group B by Cidan Capsule combined with chemotherapy and 100 in group C by chemotherapy only. 2 months in one course. Results; The steady rate was over 87. 0% in group B, 72. 8% in group A and 57. 0% in group C; the life quality of the patients in group B was improved more obviously than that in group A and group C; the NK cell, CD3, CD4 and CD8 in group C were lowered obviously after treatment; the NK cell and CD8 in group B not so obviously and CD3 and CD4 without changes; AFP descended markedly in group A and group B. but not markedly in group C after treatment. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Cidan Capsule combined with chemotherapy is more effective than that of chemotherapy only.
