脑电生物反馈并红外偏振光穴位照射对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿脑功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨脑电生物反馈并红外偏振光穴位照射治疗对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿脑功能的影响。方法将66例ADHD患儿随机分为A、B两组,各33例。A组患儿给予脑电生物反馈治疗;B组患儿给予脑电生物反馈并红外偏振光穴位照射治疗,每次取百会等6个主穴,另取配穴2个。两组均治疗20次为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗前、后及治疗后3个月评定韦氏儿童智力量表(C—WISC)、数字划消、Stroop测验、Cormers儿童行为量表。结果治疗后及治疗3个月后B组患儿韦氏c因子分分别为(109±14)分和(110±14)分,显著高于A组的(106±15)分和(103±12)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);数字划消测评结果显示,治疗后两组患儿第一、二、三段净分较治疗前均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Stroop测验结果显示,两组患儿治疗后词测验时间、色测验时间较治疗前均显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);Conner行为量表评分显示,治疗后及治疗后3个月B组患儿行为、学习、多动因子评分及多动指数较A组显著降低,治疗后B组患儿焦虑因子分也较A组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论单纯脑电生物反馈治疗及脑电生物反馈并红外偏振光穴位照射治疗均能改善ADHD患儿的脑功能,但后者效果更佳,在改善患儿注意缺陷、减少多动冲动、缓解焦虑和改善学习状态等方面更为显著。

Effect of EEG Biofeedback with BPM Polarized Light Acupoint Irradiation on Brain Function hi ADHD Children
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of EEG biofeedback with BPM polarized light acupoint irradiation on brain function in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods Sixty - six ADHD children were divided randomly into groups A and B, 33 in each. Group A were treated with EEG biofeedback, and group B with additional BPM po-larized light acupoint irradiation, with 6 main points such as Baihui and anther 2 coordination acupoints. Both groups were trea-ted 20 times in a treatment course, altogether 2 courses. Wechsler intelligence scale for children (C - WISC) , number cancel-lation test, Stroop test, Conners child behavior scale were evaluated before treatment or 3 months after. Results The C -WISC factor scores of group B after treatment or 3 months after were (109 ±14) and (110±14) respectively, significantly high-er than group A(106±15, 103 ±12, respectively), the difference was significant ( P < 0. 05 ). When compared with pre -treatment, the results of number cancellation test showed significantly higher net scores in stages Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ(P < 0. 05) after treatment, Stroop test showed shorter time of word test, color test (P <0. 05) ; Conner behavior scale showed that the scores of behavior, learning and hyperactivity factors and indexes were significantly lower in group B than in group A after treatment or 3 months after, and anxiety factors lower in group B than in group A, the difference was significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion EEG biofeedback alone or combined with BPM polarized light acupoint irradiation can improve brain function of ADHD children, but the latter effects better, especially in improvement of attention deficit, hyperactivity impulse, anxiety and learning state.
