| 摘 要： | 运营管理课程是各大高校管理类和经济类院系的重要课程之一.如何取得良好的教学质量和教学效果,是相关高校及教师思考的一个重要问题.本文以华东理工大学运营管理课程教学改革为例,以提高教学质量和教学效果为目的,探索了课程教学方法、课程资源构建、教师队伍建设、考核方法等方面的改革之路.

| Abstract: | Operations Management is an important curriculum in the Major of Management and Economics of higher education. There are some issues, such as how to upgrade the teaching quality and how to a- chieve better effects in teaching. All these need the teachers to ponder. Taking a case of Operations Man- agement Curriculum in East China University of Science and Technology as an example, the paper ex- pounds the process of the implementation which includes the teaching methodology, the building of the course resources, the teaching team building and the assessment system. |
