高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的问题及对策研究

高职院校辅导员是人才培养的重要师资力量，也是管理队伍中的重要组成部分，但受各种因素的影响，辅导员队伍职业化进程缓慢，影响了辅导员队伍稳定性和工作的实效性，在新形势下，着力推进辅导员队伍职业化建设，是高职院校急需解决的问题之一。

Problems and countermeasures of professionalization construction of higher vocational college counselors’team

Counselors in higher vocational colleges are important faculties for talent cultivation, and also an important part of management team. But, affected by various factors, the counselor team’s professionalization process is slow, which affects the stability of the team and the effectiveness of the work. Under the new situation, the focus on pushing forward the construction of the counselor team’ s professionalization is one of the urgent problems in higher vocational colleges.
