摘    要:新疆拥有适宜的自然环境和深厚的酿酒文化,自古就成为我国重要的酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒产地。新疆葡萄酒产业发展拥有适宜的自然环境、丰富的适种葡萄品种、深厚的文化资源、产业集中度高、酿造设备工艺水平高等优势,同时存在葡萄种植基地建设滞后、葡萄酒企业与种植户利益关系不合理、缺乏产业发展统一规划、营销能力较差等劣势。鉴于此,该文针对性地提出加强原料基地建设,优化企业与农户利益连接机制,制定新疆葡萄酒产业发展规划和构建差异化营销渠道等策略建议。

Abstract:Xinjiang with suitable natural environment and deep wine-making culture has become an important producing area of wine grape and wine in China since ancient times. The wine industry in Xinjiang has some advantages, such as suitable natural environment, rich grape varieties suitable for planting, deep cultural resources, high industrial concentration, high level of brewing equipment and technology, and so on. However, there were also disadvantages, such as backward grape cultivation base construction, unreasonable interest relationship between wine enterprises and grape growers, absence of unified industry development planning, poor marketing ability, and so on. On this basis, some strategies and suggestions were proposed, such as strengthening the construction of raw material base, optimizing connection mechanism between enterprises and grape growers, making industrial development planning of wine industry in Xinjiang, building differentiated marketing channels, and so on.
