摘    要:将由植物中药大青叶提取物制备的抗菌防臭黏胶纤维、由薰衣草精油微胶囊制备的芳香黏胶纤维和普通黏胶纤维按一定比例混合,采用水刺方法制备口罩里层用布,并对其甲醛含量、pH值、透气率、吸湿性、抗菌性、留香性能进行测试。结果表明,产品的甲醛含量为8 mg/kg,pH值为6.8,透气率为1 180 mm/s,回潮率为14.12%,未水洗时对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为95.6%、96.2%、92.1%,水洗20次后对这3种菌的抑菌率分别为90.3%、89.2%、82.4%,水洗2、10次时,产品留香率分别为96%和46%,该研究为日常防护型口罩的设计开发提供参考。

Abstract:The antibacterial and deodorant viscose fiber prepared by folium isatidis extracts, the aromatic viscose fiber prepared by lavender essential oil microcapsule and the ordinary viscose fiber were mixed according to a certain proportion, and then applied to prepare masks with the nonwovens as internal material by using spunlacing technology. The formaldehyde content, pH value, air permeability, moisture absorption, antibacterial and fragrance retention properties were tested. The results show that the formaldehyde content of the product is 8 mg/kg, the pH value is 6.8, the air permeability is 1 180 mm/s, and the moisture regain rate is 14.12%.The inhibition rates of unwashed product against staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans are 95.6%, 96.2% and 92.1% respectively. After 20 cycles of water washing, the inhibition rates of the product against these three albicans still remain by 90.3%, 89.2% and 82.4% respectively. The fragrance retention rates of the product are 96% and 46% respectively after 2 and 10 cycles of water washings. The study provides reference for the design and development of daily protective masks.
