甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮及中药在输卵管妊娠治疗中的临床应用研究

目的：探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在输卯管妊娠治疗中的临床应用效果.方法：研究对象为2009年3月-2013年7月我院收治144例输卵管妊娠患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组各72例.对照组给予米非司酮及中药治疗,治疗组给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮联合中药治疗.观察2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应.结果：治疗组血β-HCG下降15％以上比率、盆腔包块缩小50％以上比率、尿HCG2周以内转阴比率及腹痛消失比率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组不良反应发生率无显著差异（P＞0.05）.结论：甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠,疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床上推广应用.

Clinical Application Research on Tubal Pregnancy Treatment by Combing Use of Methotrexate Mifepristone and Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective： To investigate the effect of combing use of methotrexate and mifepristone on treating tubal pregnancy. Methods： 144 patients with tubalpregnancy treating in ShangGao People＇ s hospital between march 2009 and july 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group has 72 cases. Treatment of control group consisted of mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine. Treatment group was treated by methotrexate and mifepristone combing use of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results： The treatment was more successful in treatment group than in control group. The decreasing ratio of beta-HCG is higher that 15%. The reducing ratio of pelvic mass is more than 50%.The ratio of urinary HCG turning into negative within 2 weeks and abdominal pain disappearing ratio are all higher than control group, which are considered statistically significant （p〈0.05） . Adverse effects rate of two groups has no significant difference （p〉0.05 ） . Conclusion： Methotrexate and mifepristone for the medical treatment of tubal pregnancy is safe and effective. It is worthy to be applied on clinic.
