摘    要:采用X射线衍射、金相显微镜和扫描电镜等手段研究了X4CrNiCuMo14-5叶片钢经固溶处理、中间调整处理然后于不同温度时效处理后的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,450℃时效硬化效果最显著;660℃时效,发生奥氏体重结晶,残留奥氏体量减少,钢的强度增加。

Abstract:Microstructure and mechanical properties of the X4CrNiCuMo14-5 blade steel after solution treatment, intermediate adjustment treatment followed by aging at different temperatures have been investigated by XRD,OM and SEM.The results show that the hardening effect of aging at 450 ℃ is the most significant,whereas the austenite recrystallization will occur in aging at 660 ℃,leading to decrease in the retained austenite content and increase in the strength of the steel.
