生理驱动型仿真模型在创伤性休克护理综合性实验中的应用

目的 探讨生理驱动型仿真模型在创伤性休克护理综合性实验中的设计及应用.方法 利用生理驱动型仿真模型对83名护理本科学生开设创伤性休克患者的护理综合性实验,融护理学基础、健康评估、护理礼仪、护理沟通等课程的相关理论和技能于实验教学中.由研究组成员设计理论测试试卷,于综合性实验前后分别对学生进行测试,并拟定问卷对学生进行调查.结果 综合性实验后测试成绩为(9.03±1.10)分,明显优于综合性实验前(P<0.01);学生对运用生理驱动型仿真模型模拟创伤性休克病例进行护理综合性实验教学给予了较高的评价,认为提高了实践动手能力、评判性思维能力、团队合作能力及对基础知识、基本技能的综合运用能力、增强了学习专业知识的积极性,培养了急救护理的初步能力.结论 应用生理驱动型仿真模型进行教学,有利于学生综合能力的提高.
