| 摘 要： | 本文结合国内首例全小肠移植成功的经验，着重探讨了临床小肠移植供受体的选择与准备的有关问题。国内供体的选择与准备有其不利之处，供体术前不能进行肠道准备及预防性使用抗生素，并且供肠都有热缺血的存在，因此，为了获取高质量的供肠，应严格而充分地进行供体的选择与准备。小肠移植的适应证主要是长期依赖TPN或应用TPN后引起严重并发症的肠衰竭患者。受体的周密准备将有利于手术的成功，减少排异与感染等并发症的发生，并将促进移植肠功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | In our country donor source is difficult, donor is unable to be given gut preparation and prospective antibiotic therapy, donor intestinal has warm ischernia. In order to obtain high quality donor intestinal, strict and careful select and prepare of donor is necessary. Potential candidates for small bowel transplantation are those with irreversible small intestinal failure,including those treated with permanent parenteral nutrition. Careful recipient preparation is advantage to the success of operation, and reduce complication of rejection and sepsis, |
