摘    要:目的:建立炉甘石药材及饮片中氧化锌的紫外-可见测定方法。方法:应用紫外-可见分光光度法测定9批药材和13批饮片中氧化锌的含量,用锌试剂显色,以标准曲线法计算含量。结果:样品的平均回收率为99.72%,RSD 1.85%。结论:该方法准确、简便,可重复性好,适用于炉甘石药材及饮片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective : To establish the UV spectorphotometry for the determining zinc oxide content in crude drug and processed pieces of Calamina. Method: Chromogenic method of zinc reagent was used. The content of zinc oxide in 9 batches of crude drug and 13 batches of processed pieces were determined by UV spectorphotometry. Standard curve method was used in the calculation of the content. Result: The average recovery rate of sample was 99.72% with RSD 1.85%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple for the determination of zinc oxide. It is suitable for quality control of Calamina herbs and pieces.
