Abstract:In order to develop more active glycoluril analogs,and further expand the application range of cucurbituril family compounds,title compound tetrahydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-c][1,2,5]thiadiazol-5(3H)-one 2,2-dioxide was synthesized by the reaction of 4,5-dihydroxyimidazolin-2-one and sulfuric diamide,and optimized the reaction process conditions.The structure of the target product was confirmed by1HNMR,MS and IR.The optimal synthesis process was:the ratio of the amount of 4,5-dihydroxyimidazolin-2-one to sulfuric diamide was 1.1∶1,the pH was 5.5,the reaction temperature was 65℃,and the reaction time was 1.5 h.The yield was increased to 63.9%,which was nearly 10%higher than the literature data.It can provide an important basis for the further design and synthesis of cucurbituril analogs with sulfonylurea units.
