摘    要:对水稻籽粒发育过程中不同时期总氮含量遗传及其与稻米品质关系的研究结果表明,三倍体种子核基因、二倍体母体植株核基因的显性效应,共同控制着稻米灌浆始期、中期和后期的总氮含量,且以前者为主,随着发育进程的推进,作用程度加大。三倍体种子、细胞质和二倍体母体植株的遗传效应,均可明显影响稻米成熟期的总氮含量。控制稻米总氮含量表现的多种遗传效应基因在稻米各个发育时期均有新的表达。不同发育时期总氮含量与稻米品质性状之间存在一定的相关性,且受不同遗传体系基因效应的控制。

Abstract:The results on analyses of developmental genetic effests on total nitrogen content and genetic covariance between total nitrogen content and grain qualities indicated that dominance effects,which were performed by triploid seed nucleus gene and diploid maternal plant nuvleus gene commonly governed total nitrogen content of rice at the early grain filling stage,the middle filling stage and the late filling stage.The former gene showed its main effect on content,and this effect action tended to increase as the developmental process proceeded.Triploid seed direct genetic effect,diploid maternal plant genetic effects and cytoplasmic genetic effects all could significantly affect total nitrogen content at ripening stage of rice.The expression of various new quantitative genes controlling total nitrogen content was found at all filling stages.The result also showed that there was relationship between total nitrogen content and grain qualities in different developmental stages,which was controlled by different genetic effects.
