深圳市常住居民血红蛋白水平及影响因素分析

目的了解深圳市居民贫血状况及其相关影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层与人口成比例的整群随机抽样方法,在深圳市8个区中抽取12个社区居委会,在每个被抽取的社区居委会中随机抽取75户居民。对6岁及以上常住人口采集静脉血并采用氰化高铁法测量血红蛋白含量,并用Logistic回归分析贫血的影响因素。结果 2011年深圳市居民血红蛋白含量均值为（147.4±19.2）g/L,其中男性（158.5±17.6）g/L明显高于女性（138.2±15.1）g/L,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。该人群的贫血患病率为2.85%,其中男女分别为0.28%和4.97%,差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且性别为该市居民贫血的影响因素。结论尽管深圳市居民的贫血患病率较低,但仍应加强本市成年女性的贫血防治工作。

Analysis of hemoglobin levels and influencing factors of Shenzhen residents

Objective To understand the anemic prevalence and its determinants in Shenzhen residents. Methods A multiple stage probability proportionate to size sampling was used in this study.In stage one,12 communities were randomly selected from 8 districts of Shenzhen based on population proportion.In the second stage,75 households were randomly selected from each community.In each household,people aged over 6 years old were tested for hemoglobin（Hb）.The risk factors were screened by logistic regression analysis..Results In 2011,the mean Hb of Shenzhen residents was（147.4±19.2）g / L,and the Hb of men was higher than that of women [（158.5±17.6）g / L vs（138.2±15.1）g / L,P〈0.01].The anemia prevalence was 2.85%,and the incidence of anemia was 0.28% and 4.97% for male and female,respectively.There were significantly difference between them（P〈0.01）. And gender was the risk factor. Conclusion The anemia prevalence was relatively low in Shenzhen,but it is still very important to strengthen the prevention and control of anemia in adult women in this city.
