| 摘 要： | 基于振动钻削理论建立了海底管道带压开孔钻具钻削力的理论模型,并在此基础上将钻杆分为3种工况进行分析。通过Ansys软件模拟分析出不同频率外激振动下钻具的谐响应位移,为海底管道带压开孔技术的改进提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of vibration drilling, the model which calculates the drilling force of opening pore in marine pipes under pressure is established, then the drill stem is analyzed under three different circumstances, the result which is simulated in AnsysFudan University shows har- monic responses of drilling tool under external excitation of different frequencies, providing theo- retical foundation for the improvement of opening pore in marine pipes under pressure. |
