干化学法检测尿潜血与尿沉渣镜检结果的一致性分析

摘    要:目的对尿液分析仪检测尿潜血和尿沉渣镜检红细胞结果的一致性进行比较。方法对600份某单位体检职工留取的尿液标本按照仪器操作规程进行尿液分析仪干化学检检测和尿沉渣显徽镜检查。结果干化学法潜血反应阳性率为34.3%;沉渣镜检法镜检红细胞阳性率为38.17%。干化学法与显微镜检测法的一致性为86.83%。χ2=6.70,P〈0.01。两种方法结果出现差异。结论临床检验尿液分析仪潜血反应与显徽镜检查红细胞应结合进行,尤其是显微健检查至关重要。

Abstract:Objective To analysis of urine occult blood testing and urine microscopic examination of urine red blood cells to compare the consistency of the results.Methods A total of 600 urine samples in accordance with the apparatus of Urine Analyzer rules for detection and dry chemistry microscope examination of urine sediment.Results Dry chemical occult blood-positive rate was 34.3%;Sediment microscopic examination for red blood cell-positive rate of 38.17%.Dry chemistry method and microscopy for detection the consistency is 86.83%.χ~2=6.70,P0.01.Difference appeared between the results of two methods.Conclusion Clinical examination of urine occult blood analyzer response and red blood cell microscope examination should be carried out,especially micro-health check is essential.
