| 摘 要： | 以聚醚多元醇 (N2 2 0 )、蓖麻油、甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)以及有关配合剂为原料 ,采用一步法制备了聚醚聚氨酯胶粘剂 ,对蓖麻油与聚醚多元醇 (N2 2 0 )的摩尔比、异氰酸酯指数作了试验以及配方加速老化试验。测试了胶粘剂的粘度、粘接强度和胶粘剂的本体强度。测试结果表明 ,以蓖麻油作为增强剂 ,与N2 2 0的羟基摩尔比是 0 .2 5 ,异氰酸酯指数为 1.2 0 ,可以获得各项性能比较优越的聚醚聚氨酯胶粘剂

| Abstract: | s :Polyurethaneadhesivewaspreparedwithpolyether (N2 2 0 ) ,castoroil,toluenediisocyanate (TDI)andfillersbywayof onestageprocess .Molarratioofcastoroiltopolyetherandindexofisocyanateweretested .Acceleratedageingtestwasmadeon itscompounding .Viscosityandbondstrengthoftheadhesiveanditsbulkstrengthweretested .Testingresultsshowedthat polyether polyurethaneadhesiveofhighperformancecouldbepreparedwithcastoroilasintensifier,N2 2 0 (molarratioofcastoroil to -OHofN2 2 0 0 .2 5)andisocyanate(indexofwhich 1 .2 0 ) . |
