胃黏膜活检确诊胃癌与临床治疗关系比较

目的研究胃黏膜活检确诊胃癌与临床治疗之间关系。方法通过附属医院2000年～2008年期间经胃镜活检确诊的部分住院及门诊病人。采用修改后标准方案进行计数，每例随机数100个细胞核内AgNOR颗粒，以单个切片中正常黏膜及局限不典型增生的CEA和AgNOR染色颗粒的表达程度为对照，经统计学处理。结果对完整的片子进行了特殊染色，在正常黏膜，局部不典型增生以及癌细胞核内染色呈棕黑色颗粒平均计数（x±s）分别为1．71±0．76，5．25±1．85，8．34±3．09，经统计学处理良恶细胞之间有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论胃黏膜活检是诊断胃癌的重要手段，加强了胃癌准确诊断的可靠性，为早期诊断起了促进作用。

Gastric Mucosa Biopsy Diagnosis and Clinical Treatment

Objective To study the relationship between the gastric mucosa biopsy diagnosis and clinical treatment. Methods By studying some of the in-patients and out-patients who had gastric mucosa biopsy diagnosis from 2000 to 2008. To adopt the revised standard for counting, the AgNOR pellet in each example of random number 100 cell nuclei, took the single slice in the normal mucous membrane and limited a typical proliferation＇ s CEA and the AgNOR dyeing pellet＇ s expression degree as the compari- son, after statistics analysis. Results The integrity film had a special staining in normal mucosa, dysplasia, as well as local cancer cell nucleus which were stained brown -black particle count average （x±s） were 1.71 ± 0.76,5.25 ±1.85,8.34 ± 3.09. The evil and good cells were significantly different through statistics dealing （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion The diagnosis of gastric mucosa biopsy is an important means to enhance the reliability of gastric cancer diagnosis which plays a role in the promotion for the early diagnosis
