| 摘 要： | 大学生党员发展和教育是关系到党的事业是否后继有人,关系到党的执政基础、执政地位和执政能力一件大事。对党员发展和教育现状分析,结合新时期面临的新情况和新问题探讨大学生党员发展、培养和教育模式,提出建构发展大学生党员全程长效管理与教育模式。

| Abstract: | The recruitment and education of college students as Party members is an important thing concerned with whether there will be qualified successors to our Party, as well as its foundation, ruling position and capacity. The author of this essay analyzes the current situation of the recruitment and education of Party members, discusses the mode of the recruitment, nurture, and education of college students as Party members combining the new situation and problems that have emerged in the new era, and proposes to construct the whole-coursed enduring administration and the mode of education of college students as Party members. |
